We are looking for a talented person to join the strategic planning and insight team who is passionate about data analyzing, modeling, and forecasting, familiar with the S&OP process as well as the sales and marketing process to ensure the company’s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing FG inventory flow, developing forecast models, and S&OP process. Responsibilities: ● Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results. ● Ensure availability of information to support the marketing planning processes. ● Coordinate the company's monthly operational planning meetings. ● Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy. ● Coordinate cross-functional demand-oriented activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing. ● Continuously review the S&OP process to ensure it suits business needs and is up to date with best practices.
