We are looking for a talented person to join the strategic planning and insight team who is passionate about data analyzing, modeling, and forecasting, familiar with the S&OP process as well as the sales and marketing process to ensure the company’s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing FG inventory flow, developing forecast models, and S&OP process. . . Responsibilities: . . Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results. . Ensure availability of information to support the marketing planning processes. . Coordinate the company's monthly operational planning meetings. . Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy. . Coordinate cross-functional demand-oriented activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing. . Review the S&OP process to ensure it suits business needs and is up to date with best practices.. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering. . 2 to 3 years of experience in demand planning, or forecasting role. . Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts. . Solid understanding of inventory management. . Advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
