توضیحات موقعیت شغلی:
. As the champion of product communication, create and drive Marcom packages by product/service per brand with great alignment with overall company’s and supplier’s brand strategy to enhance product brand indices (awareness, preference, purchase intention etc.) . Plan and execute effective media planning to enhance reasonable customer reach to gain and increase awareness, share of voice and market share. . Drive adv. & marcom calendar according to business road map and strategies. . Create all products MCPs based on products key features and brand vision in collaboration with research, product marketing and Creative team (ATL, BTL and Digital). . Maintain world-class visual communication according to STP results and target buyer’s segmentation. . Integrates all Product marketing efforts (advertising, promotions, PR, experiential, marketing assets…) within a consistent communication strategy. . Ensure effective execution to gain competitive advantage, market share, share of voice. . Execution plan and close monitoring of all marketing activities to ensure the quality of the process and results. . Organize and execute promotional, product events, NPI, social events, roadshows and exhibitions. . Follow up OOH contracts also legal permissions for both OOH & Teasers. . Implement and follow up direct marketing projects. . Media Management . Plan and execute effective media planning to enhance reasonable customer reach to gain and increase awareness, share of voice and market share. . Analyze and improve the media plan based on effectiveness measurement received from research team to ensure all plans are aligned with short/long term strategies and targets. . Enhance the budget spend to receive the highest ROI and obtain the optimal customer reach and GRPs. . Vendor Management . Manage/select creative agencies to ensure high level of quality and creativity in all marketing campaigns and projects. . Printing company management to ensure the quality of POSM at best possible price. . Create the list of candidate qualified vendors and actively participate in vendor-pool management process. . Budget management . Manage and drive Marcom budget per product by brand. . Make annual, quarterly and monthly budget plan for marketing activities. . Ensure on time and accurate invoice procedures. . Collaborate closely with Budget department for on-time action plan, invoicing and legal needs of invoicing.. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or a related field, required. . Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. . Strong communication skills. . Fluent in English.
