• To research and hunt new emerging opportunities and technologies in MFS, including but not limited to BNPL, Lend Tech, wealthtech, etc. • To strictly observe competitors and ensure MTNIrancell portfolio of MFS P&S is comparable to industry best and market competitors • define an MFS commercial strategy in line with the overarching business goals and a high-level roadmap. • To identify and develop an MFS roadmap and ensure the commercial and technical framework is delivered. • To ensure effective implementation of the MFS programs by providing direction, support, technical and commercial frameworks, models, and roadmaps. • To develop MFS marketing and communication programs by leveraging the convergence of capabilities of MTNIrancell platforms. • To ensure proper deployment of the MFS P&S roadmap in operation and ensure the correct deployment of all partnerships. • To deploy the packages from P&S team and set up a reporting on the MFS projects implementation. • To develop customer journey for MFS customers in collaboration with related teams to ensure consistent communication & perception around MFS services exist. • To manage efforts to develop technical capabilities and coordinate with ITS to ensure technology alignment. • To collaborate with legal and group procurement to ensure partnership and supplier setup aligns with MTNIrancell's standards. • To manage and oversee MFS service level agreements and key performance indicators and prepare proposals on change initiatives. • To hold strategic and tactical meetings and provide guidance and support in the various discussions. • To manage the MFS projects delivery, reporting, and present in the leadership meeting. • To partner with external parties and policy influencers, and CBI authorities to ensure that the legal and compliance requirements of the Mobile Financial Services business are aligned to the regulatory laws of the Mobile Financial Services industry. • To ensure key risks are identified, issues and dependencies and set mitigation actions. • To manage the generation of input for budgeting and business planning and update targets based on digital business feedback and enhancements. • To manage data science and CVM teams' inputs to generate deep insight into the digital business. • To promote an 'MTN centric' and 'partnership approach to developing strong relationships with other divisions/working groups and ensure adherence to the governance structure. • To partner with Legal and Regulatory to ensure that the legal and compliance engagement requirements of the Mobile Financial Services business are aligned to the regulatory body of laws of the Mobile Financial Services industry. • To build partnerships and SLAs to manage the different platform performance, upgrades, and other modifications. • To own the responsibility for FinTech governance and compliance with national regulations and internal best practices. • To ensure that all SLAs are aligned to Mobile Financial Services Go-To-Market plan regarding agent creation, agent modification, and commission payments. • To establish a relationship to facilitate team communications with reporting entities such as MKT BI, EDW, Finance, etc., to gather needed information/reports for the business.
